Halis

From the streets of Turkey to the shores of California, Halis is a musical wanderer. Shaped by his punk rock youth, he blends downtempo, house, techno, and psychedelic textures into immersive journeys. In 2022 he co-founded Ciel Social Singapore, a platform for community and creativity within the electronic music scene.
